If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      By placing an order through Primppamperpretty you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries.

      If you would like to return an item please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. We received your return by email.

      Customers pay for return shipping $5.00

      For restocking fee is $5.00

      For customer remorse $10.00

      Return Process

      1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.

      2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

        3. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

        Return Conditions
        1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 30 days of delivery.

      3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

        3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, mask and accessories.

        4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

        5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by Primppamperpretty.

      4. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

        Order cancellation:
        In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is “In transit”

      NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

      EXCLUSIONS

      Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and store credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders.
